- If you are a client and there are no movers in your search area, or you don’t select one, by clicking “See my movers” you agree to us passing on your data to 2-3 movers on our platform.
- If you use our services and want to decline the processing of your data/want us to request movers remove your data, please contact us at [email protected]
- By entering your personal details, you agree to 3rd parties/movers processing your data for marketing purposes. Removal of data should be requested directly with the agent(s)/3rd party.
- We are not an impartial service. Movers pay a subscription to be shown our platform and receive leads.
- All fees, services and mover data is required to be validated by each lead/enquirer themselves, prior to any deals or contracts being signed. Compare Moving Costs takes no responsibility for agreements with movers. Movers do have different charges based on your service requirements and location, therefore fees entered onto Compare Moving Costs may be based on averages.
- Movers obtaining your data, will need to manage your data in accordance with data privacy laws
- Agent data is the responsibility of the agent. Compare Moving Costs is not responsible for data entered by movers, although we do validate where required.
